Tiivistelmä
Työssä tutkitaan pienitehoisen monimoottoritaajuusmuuttajakäytön yhteismuotovirtojen
aiheuttamia ongelmia. Työn tavoitteena on muodostaa monimoottorikäyttöjen toteuttajille opastus, jonka avulla sähkökäytön suunnittelun alkuvaiheessa voidaan ottaa huomioon monimoottorikäytön erikoistarpeita. Työn teoriaosuudessa esitellään taajuusmuuttajan vaihtosuuntaustekniikan aiheuttamia ongelmia, moottorikaapelin mallintamista ja vertaillaan ongelmien ratkaisukeinoja pienitehoisten taajuusmuuttajien näkökulmasta. Yhteismuotoista virtaa tutkitaan mittaamalla rakennetulla monimoottorikäytöllä sekä simuloimalla vaihdellen kaapelin pituutta ja moottorien lukumäärää. Mittaamalla vertaillaan myös virran suodatusratkaisuja.
Muodostettu simulointimalli on hyvin yksinkertainen ja luotettavammat virta-arvot
saadaankin mittauksella.
In this Master's thesis the common mode current and the problems it causes in
multimotor drives is discussed. The goal of the thesis is to create guidance for
multimotor drive builders that the special properties of multimotor drives could be
taken into account.
In the theory part of this thesis the inverter produced problems, motor cable modelling
and the solutions for the problems are presented from the low power drive point
of view. Common mode current is examined by simulations and measurements using
the built multimotor drive. The current ltering alternatives are compared by
measurements too.
Due to the very simple simulation model created in this thesis the measured current
values are more reliable. However some guidelines for the design of multimotor
drives are given in the thesis. For example the electric drive dimensioning should be
based on the real load current and the protection of every motor in the multimotor
drive is important to design. The problems caused by common mode current are
the smaller the fewer motors are connected and the shorter the sum of the motor
cables is.
