Tiivistelmä
Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to understand the perception of change management by French millennials working in large companies in France. In fact, we are in a changing environment with the development of more and more technologies, as much for the core business of the companies as for the improvement of internal processes. Moreover, the work environment and the company’s culture are progressing to more collaborative state. One of the phenomena linked to this may be the development of start-ups which are disrupting the market with new technologies and new ways of working. In this context, it would be interesting to study the large companies and their actual situation.
Findings – The French millennials have a good perception of change management. However, the focus should be on the preparation of the change which includes a stakeholder mapping, an action plan building, and gaining the support of the top management.
“Men make the history and not the other way round” as the US President, Harry S. Truman, said.
