Diplomityö on tehty Colliers International Oy:lle.
Työn tarkoitus on luoda kilpailutusmateriaalia kiinteistön ylläpidon johtamiseksi erityisesti huomioiden sisäilma. Diplomityössä on luotu perusteet, miten kilpailuttaa ylläpitoa, valvoa kiinteistöhoitoa ja miten tehdä tekniset kilpailutusasiakirjat.
Kiinteistön ylläpidon johtaminen on yksi keskisimmistä toimista ennaltaehkäistä sisäilman korjauksia ja korjata vauriot etupainotteisesti. The master's thesis has been completed for Colliers International Oy.
The purpose of the work is to create competitive material to manage the maintenance of the property, taking into account indoor air. The master's thesis has created the criteria for tendering maintenance, supervising real estate management and technical tendering documents.
