Tiivistelmä
Agile methodologies have been putting emphasis on frequent release and communication between software development teams and their customers. These stakeholders have to collaborate with each other on a daily basis to reach collective decisions. Particularly, small and medium enterprises have to deal with enormous pressure from customers while struggling with great challenges and limited resources. Hence, an effective and efficient coordination mechanism is indispensable to streamline knowledge and make sure everything goes smoothly. The field of computer-supported cooperative work has opened many studies of applications and knowledge management. A software artifact, therefore, is also an object of interest in this research field to enhance coordination. This thesis work will excavate the coordination problems within software companies and propose a software solution.
