Tiivistelmä
Tämä työ on tehty Cimcorp-konsernin Ulvilan toimipisteelle. Tämän kandidaatintyön tarkoituksena oli tutkia työohjeiden merkittävyyttä ja niiden muuttamista digitaaliseen muotoon kokoonpanotuotannossa sekä työohjeiden nykytilaa Cimcorpilla.
Työssä hyödynnetään monimenetelmätutkimusta, ja tuloksia tutkitaan kirjallisuuskatsauksen sekä kyselytutkimuksen pohjalta. Kirjallisuuskatsaus käsittelee työohjeiden merkitystä kokoonpanoon liittyvissä työtehtävissä, työohjeiden laatimista sekä niiden digitalisointia. Kyselytutkimuksessa tutkittiin työohjeiden nykytilaa Cimcorpilla sekä työohjeiden loppukäyttäjien mielipiteitä perinteisistä paperisista työohjeista. Kyselytutkimukseen osallistui 23 työntekijää Ulvilan toimipisteen tuotannosta, joihin kuului työnjohto, mekaniikka-asentajat sekä automaatioasentajat. Työohjeita tarkasteltiin myös DFMA:n kannalta.
Laadukkaat työohjeet ovat tärkeä osa kokoonpanotyötä. Hyvin laadittuina ne lisäävät asentajien turvallisuutta, laitteiden kestoikää sekä asiakkaan tyytyväisyyttä. Kyselytutkimuksen tuloksissa nousi ilmi työntekijöiden tyytymättömyys perinteisiin työohjeisiin, ja tyytymättömyyden syyt liittyivät pitkälti perinteisten 2D ohjeiden ongelmiin. Tätä työtä voidaan käyttää parantamaan perinteisten työohjeiden loppukäyttäjien tyytyväisyyttä, ja täten heidän työtulostansa. This bachelor’s thesis has been done for Cimcorp Group's Ulvila office. The purpose of this bachelor's thesis was to study the significance of work instructions and their conversion to digital form in assembly production, as well as the current state of work instructions at Cimcorp Oy.
The work utilizes multi-method research, and the results are examined based on a literature review and a survey. The literature review deals with the importance of work instructions in assembly-related work tasks, the preparation of work instructions and their digitization. The survey examined the current state of work instructions with Cimcorp and the opinions of end users of work instructions about traditional paperwork instructions. The survey involved 23 employees from the production of Ulvila's office, which included supervisors, mechanical and automation fitters. The work instructions were also considered for DFMA.
High-quality work instructions are an important part of assembly work. When well designed, they increase installer safety, product lifetime, and customer satisfaction. The results of the survey revealed employee dissatisfaction with traditional work instructions, and the reasons for dissatisfaction were largely related to the problems with traditional 2D instructions. This work can be used to improve the satisfaction of end users of traditional work instructions, and thus their job performance.
