Jäähdytysvesijärjestelmän dokumentoinnin muutoksenhallinta

Abstract

Tämä työ on kirjallisuuskatsaus muutoksenhallinnasta ja tutkielma sen hyödyntämisestä jäähdytysvesijärjestelmän dokumentoinnissa. Työ pitää sisällään teoreettisen kirjallisuus- osuuden muutoksenhallinnasta, dokumentoinnista ja jäähdytysvesijärjestelmästä, sekä työs-sä analysoidaan kuinka nämä osuudet ovat kytköksissä toisiinsa tositilanteessa. Työ keskit-tyy käsittelemään siinä esiintyvää teoriaa prosessitekniikan näkökulmasta tehdasympäristös-sä. Työssä on hyödynnetty aiheista aiemmin tutkittua tietoa, sekä kirjoittajan omaa koke-musta jäähdytysvesijärjestelmistä ja niiden muutostyöstä. Työ pyrkii luomaan ratkaisun jäähdytysvesijärjestelmän dokumentaation, joka helpottaa dokumenttien päivittämistä, sekä tulkitsemista.

This work presents a literature review on change management and a thesis on how to utilize it in the documentation of cooling water systems. The work includes theoretical material about change management, documentation and cooling water systems and analyzes how they are connected to one another in a real case scenario. This work examines the theory from the perspective of process technology in a factory environment. The work has utilized previously studied information in its theory part but also the author’s own experiments about cooling water systems and change work associated with them. The work aims to de-velop an easier way to update and read the documentation of cooling water systems.
