Tiivistelmä
Diplomityön tavoite on optimoida Loviisa ydinvoimalaitoksen hätädieseleiden EY01-04
ennakkohuoltotöiden tekemisen ajankohtaa vuosihuollon ja käyntijakson välillä. Tällä hetkellä hätädieseleiden epäkäytettävyyttä aiheuttavat ennakkohuollot tehdään vuosihuollossa. Ennakkohuollot on paketoitu neljään eri laajuiseen ja pituiseen kokonaisuuteen ns 1-vuotis, 2-vuotis-, 4-vuotis- ja 8-vuotishuoltoihin. Dieseleiden kaikkien epäkäytettävyyttä aiheuttavien ennakkohuoltojen tekeminen vuosihuollossa vaikuttaa merkittävästä turvajärjestelmien sähkösyöttöön, muiden järjestelmien huoltotöihin ja henkilöresurssien käyttöön.
Todennäköisyysperusteisen riskianalyysin (PRA) mukaan sydänvauriotaajuudesta lähes puolet tulee vuosihuollon aikaisista riskeistä. Mikäli osa hätädieseleiden ennakkohuolloista voitaisiin tehdä pienemmällä riskillä käynnin aikana niin sähkönsyöttö vuosihuollossa olisi turvatumpaa, se vapauttaisi kunnossapidon ja käytön resursseja muihin tehtäviin. Diplomityön pohjalta Loviisan voimalaitos tekee erillisen päätöksen lähdetäänkö hakemaan muutosta ennakkohuolto-ohjelmaan viranomaiselta. The objective of this master’s thesis is to optimize the preventive maintenace for the Emergency Diesel Generators (EDG) EY01-04 of the nuclear power plant of Loviisa, by examining the possible execution during different plant states. At the moment, the unavailability of the EDG is caused by the preventive maintenance during the yearly outages. The preventive maintenance is done in four different maintenance packages (1-year, 2-year, 4-year, and 8-year) and a complete change every 16 years.
Carrying out the preventive maintenance during the outage has a significant impact on the security of the power supply for the safety systems, the maintenance of other systems, and human resources.
According to the Probabilistic Risk Analysis (PRA), the risk for core damages arrises nearly half from the outage time. Therefore carrying out the preventive maintenance partly or entirely during power operation might be safer and makes maintenance resources available for other tasks during the outages.
Based on the outcome of this Master’s Thesis a decision is made to apply for a change of the maintenance planning from the authorities.
