This master's thesis explores the problem of implementing management, which ensures the adaptation of the company to constantly changing business conditions. The current problem is investigated by reviewing the literature on this topic, developing an approach, as well as a method for developing a strategy for a catering company and its practical testing on the example of McDonald's.
The practical significance of the conducted research lies in the possibility of implementing recommendations in the company's activities, which will lead to increased efficiency and strengthen competitive positions in the market.
The scientific innovation of the thesis is the development of methods and tools for solving the tasks of developing a strategy for a catering company in conditions of financial instability and lack of experience.
Based on the results of the study, recommendations were developed to improve the company's strategy, for this purpose, the author of the thesis proposed an algorithm for introducing a new aspect into the company's strategic map.
The practical significance of the conducted research lies in the possibility of implementing recommendations in the company's activities, which will lead to increased efficiency and strengthen competitive positions in the market.
