Tiivistelmä
Employment across various industries is undergoing transformation due to the increasingly powerful presence of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Utilizing a Systematic Literature Review methodology, this study selects 11 papers to examine and describe the occupations impacted by AI and outlines the demands for future talents. The study argues that AI possesses "smartness" capable of automating cognitive and non-routine tasks, thereby affecting middle-skill positions disproportionately, and increasingly influencing high-skill roles. To maintain a competitive edge, future graduates should develop multidimensional and comprehensive knowledge and skills and capitalize on domains where AI exhibits restricted performance.
