Tiivistelmä
Kohdeorganisaatiossa on tunnistettu kokoonpanon hankintojen vähäinen hallinta. Ongelman taklaamiseksi tehtiin tämä diplomityö. Työn tavoitteena on kuvata kokoonpano-osaston hankintojen nykytila sekä tunnistaa erilaisia strategioita hankintojen johtamiseksi. Tutkimus toteutettiin toimintatutkimuksena, jonka pyrkimyksenä on kehittää kohdeorganisaation toimintaa.
Työn teoriaosuudessa paneudutaan aktiivisen ja passiivisen hankinnan eroihin sekä yleisempiin hankinnan teorioihin ja työkaluihin. Pääpaino on ostoportfolion sekä hankinnan shakkilaudan teorioissa, joita sovelletaan työn myöhemmässä vaiheessa. Teoriaosuuden tavoitteena on lisätä lukijan yleistä ymmärrystä hankintatoimen lainalaisuuksista sekä rakentaa pohja työn soveltavaa osuutta varten.
Nykytila-analyysi suoritettiin yrityksen tietokannasta saadun ostodatan avulla sekä haastattelemalla yrityksen henkilöstöä. Analyysin ja haastattelun pohjalta päädyttiin kategorisoimaan kokoonpanon hankinnat uudelleen, jonka jälkeen hankinnoille esitellään erilaisia potentiaalisia strategioita. Analyysin tavoitteena on antaa kokonaiskuva hankintojen vallitsevasta nykytilasta.
Työn tuloksena esitetään erilaisia strategioita kunkin toimittajan johtamiseksi. Tulosten tueksi eri strategiat on työssä selitetty auki. Myös ostodatan pohjalta luotu laskentataulukko toimii tulosten tukena. Implementoimalla työssä esiteltyjä strategioita yritys kykenee vastaamaan potentiaalisiin toimitushäiriöihin, ymmärtämää oman asemansa suhteessa toimittajiin sekä keskittämään hankintojaan tehokkaammin. In the target organization, a low level of management regarding assembly procurement has been identified. To tackle this problem, this diploma thesis was made. Thesis aims to describe the current state of procurement in the assembly department and to identify different strategies for managing procurement. The study was carried out as an operational study, which aims to develop the target organizations procurement.
The theoretical part of the work focuses on the differences between active and passive procurement as well as more general procurement theories and tools. The focus is on the purchase portfolio and procurement chessboard theories, which are applied in the later phase of the work. The goal of the theoretical part is to increase the reader's general understanding of procurement and to build a foundation for the later part of the work.
The current state analysis was carried out with the help of purchase data obtained from the company's database and with interviews with the employees. Based on the analysis and interviews, it was decided to recategorize the purchases used in the assembly department. After recategorizing different potential strategies for the items will be presented. The goal of the analysis is to give an overall picture of the current state of the procurement.
As a result of the work, different strategies for managing each supplier are presented. To support the results, the different strategies are explained in the work. A spreadsheet created based on purchase data also supports the results. By implementing the strategies presented in the work, the company is able to respond to potential supply disruptions, understand its own position in relation to suppliers, and centralize its purchases more efficiently.
