Sähköverkkojen älykkään kunnossapidon tilaus-toimitusprosessin kehittäminen

Abstract

Sähköverkkojen toimintavarmuus on kriittistä modernin yhteiskunnan toimivuuden kannalta. Uusien teknologioiden yleistyminen, sähköverkkojen rakenteelliset muutokset ja uudet vaatimukset sähköntoimitusvarmuudessa luovat kasvavaa tarvetta uusien yhä tehokkaampien keinojen löytymiselle sähkönjakeluverkon kunnossapitoon. Uudet teknologiat, kuten UAV-laitteet, mahdollistavat toimintatapojen muutoksen. Jotta uusia toimintatapoja voidaan kestävästi luoda, tulee niiden perustoimintojen, kuten prosessien olla kunnossa. Tehokkaasti toimivat prosessit luovat kestävän pohjan uuden liiketoiminnan rakentamiselle.

Tämän diplomityön tavoitteena on tutkia sähköverkkojen kunnossapitotarkastusten tilaus-toimitusprosessia, sen nykytilaa sekä kehittämiskohteita. Lisäksi työssä paneudutaan tarkemmin prosessin datankeräysvaiheen, eli operatiivisen toiminnan optimointiin. Työn tarkoituksena on selvittää kohdeyrityksen tilaus-toimitusprosessin nykytilan pohjalta prosessin kehittämiskohteita, sekä antaa kehitysehdotuksia prosessin tehokkuuden lisäämiseksi. Lisäksi työn tarkoituksena on selvittää, miten tilaus-toimitusprosessiin kuuluvaa operatiivista maastotoimintaa voidaan kehittää.

Tutkimustuloksista selviää, että yrityksen tilaus-toimitusprosessissa on kehitettävää, eikä sitä tällä hetkellä mitata tehokkaasti. Kohdeyritykselle ei ole määritelty mittareita, joiden avulla se voisi seurata toimintansa onnistumista. Kohdeyrityksen toiminnan luonteen takia erityisesti ei-rahallisten mittareiden määrittely helpottaisi toiminnan tarkkailua. Lisäksi tuloksista voidaan todeta, että toimintamallien muutoksilla sekä kalustohankinnoilla voidaan tehostaa huomattavasti operatiivista maastotoimintaa.

The reliability of electrical networks is critical for the functionality of a modern society. The proliferation of new technologies, structural changes in electrical grids, and new requirements for electricity supply reliability create a growing need for finding increasingly efficient methods for the maintenance of the power distribution network. In order to sustainably develop new practices, the fundamental functions, such as processes, must be in good shape. Efficiently functioning processes provide a solid foundation for building new business.

The objective of this thesis is to examine the order-to-delivery process of the target company, its current state, and areas for improvement. Additionally, the thesis delves into the data collection phase of the process, namely the optimization of operational activities. The purpose of the study is to identify areas for improvement in the order-to-delivery process based on the current state of the target company's process and provide suggestions for enhancing its efficiency. Furthermore, the aim is to explore how operational field activities within the order-to-delivery process can be improved.

The research results indicate that there is room for improvement in the target company's order-to-delivery process as it is currently not effectively measured. The target company lacks defined metrics to monitor the success of its operations. Due to the nature of the company's activities, particularly defining non-monetary metrics would facilitate monitoring. Additionally, the results show that operational field activities can be executed more efficiently, both with the current equipment and by investing in new equipment.
