Sähkökonsepti-case : Valmet Automotive EV Power

Abstract

Kandidaatintyössä tarkastellaan Valmet Automotive EV Power Oy:n tuotantolinjoja. Työssä esitellään tuotantolinjojen päätoiminnallisuudet ja tutkitaan järjestelmien vaatimat kaapeloinnit. Työssä kehitetään ratkaisuja, joiden avulla pyritään nopeuttamaan ja yksinkertaistamaan tulevien tuotantolinjojen suunnittelu- ja asennusprosessia. Ratkaisujen tarkoituksena on standardisoida tulevia tuotantolinjoja.

This bachelor's thesis goes over the production lines of Valmet Automotive EV Power Oy. The thesis examines the main operations of the production line and the systems on a workstation level. This introduces the required cables that the workstation requires to operate. The goal of the thesis is to produce new and innovative solutions to the line design and installation process. The goal of these solutions is to standardize the future of production line design and installation in the future.
