Tiivistelmä

In the development of science and technology, the development of new energy technology and power electronics technology is particularly important, but shortcomings in terms of power transmission and system losses in traditional AC distribution network have reduced the pace of technological development, and the traditional distribution network cannot ensure the flexibility and high efficiency of the use of new energy equipment. The DC distribution network has the advantages of high-power quality, low line loss and no frequency and phase problems, and it is easy to access distributed power supply while having reliable power supply, and the future distribution network will be compatible with solar energy, wind energy and other large-scale distributed power grid. Therefore, this thesis discusses and investigates the disturbances about power quality in DC distribution network.

Firstly, the importance of detecting and identifying power quality disturbances in DC distribution networks is analysed. Secondly, the existing methods and techniques for detection and identification of power quality disturbances in DC distribution networks are introduced and analysed, including the comparison of power quality disturbances in AC and DC distribution networks. Thirdly, the challenges and limitations that will be faced during the process of detecting and identifying power quality disturbances in DC distribution networks are discussed. Finally, some potential solutions and improvement measures for the effective detection and identification of power quality disturbances in DC distribution networks are proposed, in order to explore and look forward to the development of power quality in DC distribution networks in the future.
