Tiivistelmä
This study surveys existing research on switching loss modelling of isolated DC-DC converters. We focus on two modelling approaches, PLECS and SPICE, and compare their advantages and disadvantages in switching loss modelling. We conclude that PLECS is faster, and SPICE is more accurate, the main reason for this is that SPICE uses an equivalent circuit model inside the switch for simulation, which is a more comprehensive and reliable consideration compared to PLECS. By analyzing the existing literature and models, we have reviewed the switching loss modelling of isolated converters. The main results of this study will contribute to the design and optimization of electric vehicle charging systems and provide guidance for future research.
