A co-axial 15GHz diode detector is a high-frequency electronic device primarily used to detect the power and waveform of high frequency (RF) signals. This kind of detector is widely used in radar system, communication equipment and spectrum analysis. Co-axial diode detectors usually have high sensitivity and fast response characteristics, which can effectively convert high-frequency signals into readable DC signals or low-frequency signals. This thesis is to design and manufacture the high frequency electronic equipment. This paper makes use of literature review, expert interview and systematic material selection to explore the diode detector deeply, It is the use of these methods that makes this thesis more convincing, and the adoption of expert suggestions makes this thesis more authoritative. The final result is to choose 6061-T6 aluminum alloy as the main material, and use this materials constitute a suitable manufacturing plan. And the manufacturing plan is presented in the form of the steps and time required for processing each part. It is very detailed. It is completely possible to complete the processing of a new diode detector according to this plan.so this paper makes an indelible contribution to the manufacturing of 15GHZ coaxial diode detectors.
