This thesis aims to study the design, manufacturing method, and manufacturing plan of stepped impedance coaxial low-pass filters coaxial lines from multiple aspects such as development background, design, material selection, manufacturability analysis. The research will be conducted using the triangulation method to check the reliability of the thesis, which includes scientific literature review, expert interview, DFMA analysis, and systematic material selection. In addition to this, the thesis also show the modelings and drawings in SolidWorks and create a manufacturing plan through SolidWorks CAM. And parametric SolidWords user interface for coaxial lines feature sizes. The final research results show that the inner conductor material of this type coaxial lines is C11000 alloy, and the outer insulator material is PTFE. The manufacturing method of the coaxial lines is CNC turning process, and the suitable manufacturing machine is Swiss type lathe.
