Tiivistelmä
The paper considers the winding arrangement of variable reluctance resolvers (VR). Basic principles of the winding distributions are analyzed, and an advanced approach in the winding design is developed. The paper proposes the optimal combinations of the following parameters: number of stator teeth, number of saliency pitches (or pole pairs on the motor side), and winding distribution. The results are presented in a table, which makes it practical to select the appropriate number of stator teeth and winding arrangement for the case with a certain number of saliency pitches.
