Tiivistelmä
The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in the workplace has significant implications for employee productivity and emotional well-being. This study investigates the relationships between AI interactions, emotional responses, and productivity outcomes using regression and cluster analyses. Surprisingly, the findings show that emotions typically seen as negative, such as sadness and stress, can positively correlate with increased productivity, challenging conventional beliefs. The study also examines the ethical dimensions of AI usage, emphasizing the need for guidelines to balance productivity with employee well-being. Our analysis suggests that ethically managed, tailored AI interactions can enhance productivity and support a positive emotional climate. This research contributes to the broader discourse on AI integration in professional settings, advocating for designs that consider both psychological impacts and productivity.
