This thesis is aiming to research and construct a set of systematic quality assurance procedure to improve the dimensional accuracy, assembly consistency and performance stability of UHF bandpass filter in the manufacturing process. This thesis focuses on critical control points throughout the production process, including material selection and machining preparation before production, parameter monitoring and equipment condition management during production, tolerance measurement, performance verification and overall equipment efficiency assessment after production. Through systematic literature review, expert interview and analysis of engineering practice standards, the thesis clearly points out the key factors affecting the mechanical and electrical properties of the filter, such as the positioning accuracy of the tuning screw, the alignment of the cavity side hole and the assembly tolerance control.
This thesis adopts the stepwise quality control model, combines the coordinate measuring machine, the digital processing platform and the automatic data transmission means, establishes the executable quality control process. This thesis not only provides a structured quality assurance method for the precision manufacturing of UHF bandpass filter, but also provides a theoretical reference and industrial practice basis for the production of similar high-frequency devices.
