Tiivistelmä
This study mainly investigated the manufacturing planning and material selection process of the circular waveguide slotting line. Meanwhile, based on the DFMA principle, the manufacturing accuracy and assembly efficiency in the equipment manufacturing and assembly stages were improved. These two factors are important indicators for testing whether the manufacturing planning and material selection meet the standards. Triangulation methods, including literature reviews, expert meetings, and modeling simulations, are used to ensure the reliability of information, material selection conclusions, and manufacturing plans. High-precision processing methods and component design principles based on the DFMA principle can ensure the coupling degree of parts, reduce the loss of electromagnetic wave transmission, and significantly improve the working accuracy of equipment in measurement work.
