Tiivistelmä
Due to rapid space exploration, W-Band directional coupler development continues. As an important component in a deep space probe, the directional coupler is used to separate the input 92 GHz signal into the two waveguides. The component's dimensions are 120*20*20 mm³. The article presents environmentally friendly solutions for material selection and sustainable gold-plating alternatives. The main part of the paper concentrates on ecological brass selection. The triangulation method was applied as a research method, including expert interviews, literature review, and SolidWorks 3D model observation. At the same time, R9 strategies were utilized to ensure the accuracy of the research.
