With the rapid development of computer networks, the number of IT companies has in
creased rapidly, and the demand for talent and recruitment competition have become increasingly fierce. Job seekers often find it difficult to make decisions when faced with massive and scattered recruitment information. To solve this information overload problem, this study selected data from Zhilian Recruitment and BiliBili recruitment platforms, and designed and built a Python-based IT enterprise talent portrait system. The system uses Visual Studio Code(VSCode) as the development software and Django as the development framework. It intuitively displays the talent demand characteristics of IT companies to users through data crawling, data cleaning, data analysis and data visualization methods. That is, the system uses Python crawler technology to crawl data, and then cleans the crawled data. The sorted data will be imported into the back-end database and called when building the front-end interactive visualization page. The system implementation and testing show that the system has good usability and stability, and can provide effective support for corporate human resource decision-making and job seekers’ career planning. In the future, this system is expected to be promoted and applied on a larger scale, and the data analysis model and visualization functions will be continuously improved to meet the needs of the recruitment market.
