Tiivistelmä
The aim of this study is to design and optimize high performance traction machine, for electric and hybrid vehicles. The focus is analyzing and parameterization of electric machine performance. The results regarding the performance of the motor and the parameterization scheme are obtained through Finite Element Analysis(FEA) of the motor using ANSYS Maxwell 2D. Firstly, theoretical analyses and determination of main parameters are introduced. After that, the design of interior permanent magnet synchronous machine (IPMSM) is presented. The designed machine is modeled in ANSYS Maxwell 2D software and finally, the performance analysis and parameterization of the investigated machine is presented.
