Tiivistelmä
This study explores how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is changing recruitment practices and the skills recruiters need to succeed in AI-driven environment. We conducted a survey using open-ended questions and received responses from 32 professionals. The goal was to understand how AI is influencing the roles and responsibilities of recruiters. The findings highlight the importance of efficiency, bias reduction, learning and improvement, speed and consistency, and data-driven insights in promoting effective collaboration between humans and AI in recruitment. This insight has valuable implications for understanding the impact of AI on recruitment and the essential skills recruiters need to understand and adapt to AI-driven processes.
