Tiivistelmä
This paper presents the design and analysis of a linear modular variable reluctance (VR) resolver for precise position sensing in linear motion systems. The resolver features a modular stator with paired sine and cosine cores, reducing sensitivity to assembly tolerances and platform vibrations. Electromagnetic simulations performed in Altair Flux 2D confirm compatibility with the ABB FEN-21 interface and demonstrate high accuracy, maintaining ±1 electrical degree precision even under slight platform inclination. The results indicate that the proposed resolver offers a reliable solution for linear position measurement, ensuring minimal impact on motor control performance.
