Tiivistelmä
This paper presents the application of the TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) methodology for the analysis and conceptual reconstruction of the high-temperature Waste-to-Energy process. The focus of the study is on the logic and tools of TRIZ, which made it possible to identify systemic contradictions in existing technologies, conduct a resource analysis and formulate the Ideal Final Result (IFR) as a guide for design solutions. The paper demonstrates how the principles of TRIZ - extraction, dynamization, blessing in disguise and others - were applied to rethink the architecture of the waste incineration system developed by the authors. This approach allows not only to eliminate the key shortcomings of traditional schemes, but also to integrate environmental and economic aspects into the core of engineering design.
The results emphasize the potential of TRIZ as a tool for environmental innovation and substantiate its applicability to solving complex problems in the field of sustainable waste recycling technologies.
