Tiivistelmä
Työssä luotiin uusi tyyliopas LUT-yliopiston Olio-ohjelmoinnin kurssille. Tyylioppaan tekemisen tueksi haettiin alan kirjallisuudesta kaikki teorialähteet, jotka liittyivät olio-ohjelmointiin Javalla. Tyyliopas luotiin LaTeX-taittokielellä.
Tyylioppaan tekeminen LaTeX-taittokielellä mahdollisti sen, että tyylioppaasta pystyttiin tekemään helppokäyttöinen ja laajennettava. Tyylioppaan sisältö käsittelee kaikki oleellisimmat ohjelmointiin liittyvät asiat.
Tyylioppaan vaikutusta kurssin opetukseen ja opiskelijoiden ohjelmointitaitoihin kannattaisi tutkia, jotta tiedettäisiin, oliko tyylioppaan toteutus onnistunut. In the work, a new style guide was created for the Object Oriented Programming course at LUT University. To support the creation of the style guide, all theoretical sources related to object-oriented programming in Java were collected from the literature. The style guide was created using the LaTeX typesetting language.
Creating the style guide using the LaTeX typesetting language made it possible to make the style guide easy to use and extend. The content of the style guide covers all the most essential matters related to programming.
The impact of the style guide on the course teaching and on students’ programming skills should be studied in order to know whether the implementation of the style guide was successful.
