Tiivistelmä
The heat pipe heat exchanger is an energy-saving device often applied in waste heat recovery. It is commonly seen in the application of boiler waste heat recovery. The main purpose of this paper is to design a gas-water gravity heat pipe heat exchanger for a 4.2 MW thermal oil boiler. After multi-dimensional consideration, this paper sets the flue gas inlet temperature at 250 ℃ and the outlet temperature at 150 ℃. The inlet temperature of the water is 70℃, the outlet temperature is 110 ℃. After calculation, heat pipes are finned tubes, the number of heat pipes is 112, and length is 2.1 m. Heat pipes are a total of 14 rows, and 8 heat pipes in the first row. The arrangement is staggered. The pipe material of the heat pipe is carbon steel. The fin material is aluminium.
