Tiivistelmä
This thesis presents the design and implementation of an Intelligent Family Affairs Management System. The system aims to reduce household information fragmentation by integrating finance records, health records, inventory items and family schedules into one shared platform.
The prototype was implemented with a Uni-app and Vue frontend, a Python Flask backend and a PostgreSQL database. Its main functions include user authentication, household management, a home dashboard, finance management, health management, inventory management, schedule management and AI-assisted input.
The system uses a household-centred data model, where shared records are connected to the household context and health records remain associated with individual users. Speech-to-text and large language model-based parsing are used to convert natural language or voice input into structured records. The local verification shows that the prototype can support the main household management workflows and demonstrates the feasibility of an integrated, household-centred and AI-assisted family affairs management system.
