Createch’s near-future emergence analysis

Abstract

Creative Technologies (CTs) represent an interdisciplinary field, which is integrating principles and methodologies from computing, design, and digital media to be able to facilitate development of innovative content and immersive systems. These technologies are increasingly applied across a broad spectrum of sectors, including but not limited to entertainment, education, healthcare, and cultural heritage, thereby fostering novel forms of interaction, communication, and user experience. With a narrative review, an in-depth analysis was conducted on the prevailing and emerging trends within the research and development areas on modern day Creative Technologies, with a particular focus on both current developments and anticipated advancements in the near future. We looked for services related to ideation and prototyping, content production and optimization. Additionally, based on the current state-of-art in the Createch, a forward-looking perspective on emerging future paths in the current changing environment were looked for too. The present study provides a comprehensive and contemporary analysis on evolving landscape of the current Creative Technologies, offering a fresh perspective on the concrete services currently available for wide audience and produces projections of potential near future developments for Createch solutions and tools.
