Tiivistelmä
Modern forest machinery relies on control systems where software updates are introduced frequently. These changes must be verified to detect any degradation in system responsiveness or overall performance. A need for purpose-built solution was identified, and a Python-based application was developed to analyse captured system data, visualise signals, calculate delays, and monitor system performance. The obtained delay results were validated against physical measurements, confirming their accuracy. The application offers a licence-free method for end-to-end delay analysis in forest machinery, with potential for integration into test automation framework.
