Tiivistelmä
Työn tarkoituksena on selvittää, mitkä tekijät vaikuttavat IFRS 2 -
tutkimuksessa muodostettuja ennakko-oletuksia.
Tutkimuksesta kävi ilmi, että IFRS 2 -standardin mukaisen osakeperusteisen
palkitsemisen käyttöä selittävät toimitusjohtajan ikä, yrityksen koko
sekä yrityksen tutkimus- ja kehitystoiminta. Osakeperusteisen palkitsemisen
osuutta yrityksen koko henkilöstökuluista puolestaan selittävät yrityksen
velkaantuneisuus, palkitsemistapa sekä toimialan riskisyys. The objective of this study is to find the factors that affect the requirements
of IFRS 2 share-based remuneration in accordance to its use. The study
also aims to discover the prevalence of the factors that explain the requirements
of IFRS 2 share-based remuneration portion of the total staff
costs. This study examines the OMX Nordic Stock Exchange listed largecap
companies from Finland and Sweden. The empirical research is carried
out in a qualitative study, which is also used for the linear regression
results confirm the formed assumptions of study.
The study revealed that the requirements of IFRS 2 share-based remuneration
are affected by the CEO's age, size of the company and the company's
research and development activities. Share-based remuneration’s
portion of the company’s entire personnel cost is adapted in turn by company's
indebtedness, rewarding system and industry risk.
